Workforce overview

As of 30 June 2018, there were 9,181 employees including 7180 full-time equivalent employees within TMR—this is 12 fewer than last year. Our workforce includes 79 occupational groups spread across professional, technical and administrative roles throughout the state.

Our permanent employee retention rate was 94.4% at 30 June 2018—this is lower than last year’s 95.3% retention but higher than the 92.4% rate in 2015–16.
